Jay Mohr Changes Surname

Gary Unmarried TV star Jay Mohr has filed legal papers for an unusual, yet forward thinking, request -- the actor wants his wife's surname added to his own.

The funnyman married actress Nikki Cox at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles on December 29, 2006.

His name is now Jay Ferguson Cox Mohr, according to TMZ.com
